Mesón del Regidor reappears fully restored in the center of Trinidad, one of the oldest and certainly the most beautiful and wel- preserved villages of Cuba; this hostel is immersed completely in the local environment, being this an invitation for the lovers of the hustle and bustle and the comings and goings of the inhabitants of the ancient villa. Upon arrival to Trinidad, it feels as though you have stepped back in time many years. The Spanish colonial architecture has hardly been touched, so it is not surprising that it has been designated a "National Historical Monument" and in 1988, UNESCO placed Trinidad on the world heritage list for its cultural treasures.
